Returns & Exchanges

At CCS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 60-day window for returns and exchanges on all un-used, brand-new items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-assembled skateboards and worn apparel are not eligible for return unless a manufacturing defect is present.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and secure it to the outside of your original shipping box.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Ensure all tags are attached and hardware is included, then drop your package off at any authorized shipping carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your gear, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
