How long does shipping take for skateboards and apparel?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. Custom skateboard completes may require an additional 1-2 days for professional assembly.
What is your return policy on skate decks?
We accept returns on skate decks within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in their original shrink wrap and have not been gripped or skated. Once a board is assembled or used, it cannot be returned.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. You can use this number on our carrier's website to monitor your package's progress.
